Prof. Johnny SIN has been Inducted into the IEEE International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD) Hall of Fame (IHF) 2020

Prof. Johnny SIN has been inducted into the IEEE International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD) Hall of Fame (IHF) 2020, "for contribution to design and commercialization of power semiconductor devices and his leadership role in organizing ISPSD conferences". 

Along with Prof. SIN, the other two inductees in class of 2020 are Dr. Thomas Laska of Infineon from Germany and Dr. John Palmour (CTO of Cree/Wolfspeed) from the USA. The ISPSD Hall of Fame honors individuals who have made high impact contributions in advancing power semiconductor technology and/or in sustaining the success of ISPSD.
