PhD Student Ying XUE won the Best Student Poster Award at the 2019 IEEE Photonics Conference (IPC)

The Paper "Characteristics of 1.3mm electrically pumped inas/algainas quantum dot lasers on (001) silicon" by Miss Ying XUE, PhD student of Prof. Kei May LAU, won the Best Student Poster Award (first place) at the 2019 IEEE Photonics Conference (IPC).
